Good electrical goods, generally unclean, no drop curb for vehicles Positive: White goods were all in good working order. There is also a desk as well as the dining table in the living space. The shower was not in good working order when I arrived however the host replaced it the next day. Negative: The cleanliness and overall finish to the property is poor. The kitchen flooring is all rippled, cut and folded over. The host charges a £80 cleaning fee and with the dust and overall state, I’m not sure what this charge covers. The host came into the property to ‘fix’ the WiFi however, with the router being in the downstairs living space, I challenged why they had been into the bedrooms. They said it was to turn lights off which I had left switched on. I had done this on purpose because the general area is very rough and as I was getting in late each evening, I wanted to give the illusion someone was in.

Fantastic place in Bloxwhich, iam a contractor, it’s got all your home needs, very clean, and smells it too, we even had trouble getting payment sorted on first night of 2nd week of staying, the host kindly let us in the property till everything was sorted the next day, highly recommend

Positive: The garden was lovely especially with the hot weather beds comfortable Negative: Low pressure on shower

We were told not to cook at the place which is very weired. The drains were blocked Positive: Nothing, Negative: Treatment from the property people
