Positive: Perfect location for our weekend event, only a 3 minute walk. Nicely laid out and comfortable. Was very quiet location as well Negative: Boiler could have been switched on so that we could have had hot water when we got there

Would recommend Positive: Spacious and the beds were so comfortable! A real home from home, very happy with the flat itself Negative: No instructions, a little guide would have been helpful so I knew how to work the heating and hot water.

Highly recommend this apartment in Birmingham Positive: Buki accommodated us at the very last minute when two previous bookings fell through (one on the day of arrival). He communicated well and sorted any problems immediately. The apartment is clean and comfortable with two big bedrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Beds are super comfortable. This apartment would be perfect for a group of friends or a family. We used it as a base for day trips to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Ironbridge etc. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to Moor street or New Street stations or there are buses close by (3 mins walk) in High street and Alcester street. The convenience store where you pick up the keys is less than 5 mins walk. There is a big construction site next door so there is some noise but as they didn't start until 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. it didn't bother us because we were up by then. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again. Negative: The toilet seat in the ensuite is broken on one side so it wobbles about a bit and there's no toilet roll holder in the ensuite. Neither of these detracted from our stay.
